Nikos is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at IA Global Ventures, where he oversees fundraising, investor relations, deal sourcing, and portfolio management. With a passion for supporting foreign-born entrepreneurs, he draws on his own journey from Greece to the U.S. Prior to IA Global Ventures, Nikos led Rex Tech Ventures, launching 10 tech startups in sectors like PropTech, InsureTech, and FinTech, and continues to advise the firm. He also held leadership roles at Kairos Ventures, where he served as COO and Regional Partner, helped quintuple assets under management, and sat on 11 company boards. His entrepreneurial roots include founding Upstream, a mobile interactivity company serving 250 million users globally, and Lingospot, an AI startup acquired by Piksel. Earlier in his career, he worked at Credit Suisse as an Investment Banking Analyst, gaining deep experience in M&A and public offerings. Nikos now resides in Austin with his wife and teenage son, actively shaping the future of innovation and venture capital.
